Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 21 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, promotional items, and products discounted 40% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@indigobluesandco.us with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping methods.
