Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States using reliable carrier services. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: approximately 2–4 business days after shipment
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, shipping method, and destination. Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly stated during checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Indigo Blues & Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s handling. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@indigobluesandco.us and we will assist where possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where carrier service is unavailable.
